Over twenty years in leadership has earned Leon Carroll, Jr. the international notoriety of being a visionary leader, mentor and communicator. Known for his expertise in teamwork, leadership and creating innovative work environments complimentary to management and staff, Leon is the calm in the middle of a storm.

Having been a contributing member of two national championship football teams, he knows first-hand what it takes to be a winner and is an expert in bringing out the best in others.

With a background in Business Economics, Leon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clients of Synnovatia to facilitate their growth.
