Work With Me
Different Stages of Business Growth Call for Different Kinds of Support
Some problems need an ongoing thinking partner. Others need one sharp conversation and a clear next step. Every engagement is built around your business and your aspirations.
Here’s what each one actually looks like.
Strategic Coaching
An ongoing thinking partner for the stretch you’re in now.
This is the deepest way to work together: a one-on-one engagement focused entirely on your business. We set the strategic direction, work the plan, and adjust as reality unfolds. It’s individual attention, not a group format.
It’s also where the work goes beyond strategy. Stage II ownership is isolating, and decisions carry weight you can’t share with your team. The emotional reality of ownership is part of the strategic reality, not separate from it.
We meet on a cadence that matches what you’re working through, whether that’s once a month or closer to weekly. What doesn’t change is the depth. This isn’t a status check-in. You stay on my mind after our conversation ends.
Synnovatia is a strategic coaching firm that is detailed and knowledgeable about business. I have a small business that grew from $150K to $750K because of the goal setting and resources that Synnovatia provided. It saves me years of learning on my own.

Solutions on the Fly
Sometimes you don’t need a long-term engagement.
Sometimes you need an outside perspective on one specific thing: the pricing decision you’ve been circling, the hire you’re not sure about, the plan you wrote and now doubt. Solutions on the Fly is targeted strategic input, precisely when you need it.
We get to the core issue fast, pressure-test your options, and you leave with a decision you can act on.
Schedule a single session with no ongoing commitment. You bring the issue. We work through it and you leave with an achievable next step.
Not Sure Which One Fits?
Let’s Talk First
Not sure which one fits, or whether I’m the right person for the job? That’s exactly what the first conversation is for. I want to understand what’s actually going on in your business, confirm I can be of real value, and make sure it feels like the right fit for both of us.
I deliberately work with a small number of clients so every client gets my full attention. I read every message myself and usually reply within a day or two.
